How can I help?
Every element of what we do reflects this attitude. That's why fees are transparent and the array of estate planning and elder law services we offer are designed for your best interests in all facets.
Assure that all of your wishes are known and carried out in life, and upon your death. Take control of your estate, and ease the burden on your family to not have to make decisions on your behalf.
An Elder Law attorney focuses their practice with special consideration to the key issues and legal needs seniors face; housing, financial well-being, health, long-term care, and autonomy and quality of life.
Upon your death, your estate needs to be collected and managed. Estate administration involves gathering the estate's assets, paying its debts, and making distributions to heirs and beneficiaries.
Why hire a human?
“What separates my law practice from all of the websites that offer legal services? Humanity. I’m human. Which means... I care.”
A website
A good lawyer
“Practicing law is more than memorizing a list of rules. Much of an attorney’s purpose is providing trust, peace, and resolution.”
I’ve had too many clients come to me after having already purchased a product from a website that they either:
“I don’t want that to happen to you. Please, hire a good lawyer that you can trust to learn about your family’s needs, and to help you choose what is best for your state of affairs. Your family deserves it.”

Estate Planning
Putting each of these team members to work engaging in your financial future is the obvious first step, but getting these professionals collaborating is the key to optimizing each party's ability. It's not enough that each professional tells you what they are doing, they need to be talking to each other too.
When you put the onus on yourself to pass information between your team, you use up a lot of your own time and may be wasting an opportunity for a better overall outcome. This is because each of these professionals brings something unique to the table. They are colleagues, not competitors. Getting these people talking to each other both ensures that everyone fully understands your goals, but also ensures that your goals are met with the precision of a well oiled machine.
The proverbial table
A strong financial team should consist of four people; an attorney, a financial planner, a CPA, and you. Making sure that each of these professionals is working towards your ultimate goal can only be met when you have a seat at the proverbial table.
An Attorney
assists with legal matters concerning the generation of wills, trusts, and other advanced planning documents.
A Financial Planner
helps advise and manage your investments.
A CPA
advises on tax planning and filing tax returns.
You
You are the final and integral piece of the puzzle.
They are colleagues, not competitors.
